Sparkle Motors offers the following professional vehicle care services in Kenya: Undercarriage Cleaning, which provides a thorough high-pressure wash of the underside of your vehicle to remove mud, dirt, rust-causing debris, and road grime to protect your vehicle’s structural integrity; Quick Wash Express, a fast and efficient exterior wash designed for clients who need a clean, refreshed vehicle in minimal time without compromising on quality; and Full Detailing Service, our premium, comprehensive cleaning package that covers both interior and exterior detailing, leaving your vehicle looking and feeling brand new from every angle. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle type, condition, and current booking capacity. Sparkle Motors reserves the right to decline service if a vehicle poses a safety risk to our staff or equipment. Pricing for all services is communicated at the time of booking or upon arrival at our facility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Sparkle Motors website, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, service descriptions, photographs, graphics, written content, and overall site design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sparkle Motors and is protected under applicable Kenyan intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in action being taken to protect our brand and business interests.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sparkle Motors takes great pride in delivering high-quality car wash and detailing services to every client. However, our services are provided on an ‘as available’ basis. While we make every effort to ensure outstanding results, we do not guarantee that our services will correct pre-existing paint damage, deep scratches, rust, mechanical issues, or any other conditions that are beyond the scope of car wash and detailing work. Clients are encouraged to communicate specific concerns about their vehicles before service commences.
Limitation of Liability
Sparkle Motors and its staff will handle your vehicle with the utmost care and professionalism. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Sparkle Motors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. In cases where damage to a vehicle is determined to have been directly caused by negligence on the part of Sparkle Motors during the provision of a service, our liability shall be limited to the cost of the specific service rendered. We strongly recommend that clients remove all personal valuables from their vehicles prior to service, as Sparkle Motors is not responsible for any loss of personal items left in vehicles during servicing.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of Sparkle Motors services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya.
